PLDC - The coach of Zob Ahan, Gholamhossien Aghajan, commented on his
team after their 1-0 loss to Esteghlal Ahwaz in the fifth week of the Iranian Professional League. It appears that Zob Ahan suffers from weakness
in their midfield lineup and has employed new foreign players to solve the problem.
Aghajan said, "Two new Armenian players began to practice with the club from last week. The Football
Federation has not issued their permits to play in Iran, but we hope that we can use them from the sixth week
of the professional League. This will solve the weakness in our midfield lineup."
About their loss to Esteghlal Ahwaz, " Zob Ahan performed well in both halves but they did not shoot carefully enough. Esteghlal Ahwaz was the
lucky one this time. Scoring goals needs individual flair and imagination and our players do not pay enough attention to this fact. Zob Ahan
is under more pressure and stress at home and can not perform as well as it should. The reason why the opponents scored against us in the first
few minutes was the great mental pressure on the team at the beginning of the game."
